XL Bullies
On the 31st October 2023, XL Bullies were added to the Dangerous Dogs Act. As of 31st December 2023, new restrictions on XL Bullies came into force across the country, making it a legal requirement for XL Bullies to be kept on a lead and muzzled in public.
Owning an unregistered XL Bully after the 1st Febuary 2024 when the ban comes in to force, will be a criminal offence and from there on we will not be able to accept bookings for unregistered XL Bullies. If you are unsure whether your dog could be classed as an XL Bully, you can click here to check your dog carefully against Government guidance and photo examples to help you decide.
You can also find more information regarding the ban on the Defra webpage

- Provide a copy of your Public Liability Insurance and your Certificate of Exemption. You do not need to do this each time you make a booking. Your documents will be deleted on receipt and will not be held on file.
- Use the padlock provided to secure the main entrance gate to the carpark. You will be given the code on booking.
- Agree to keep your dog secured on the lead and muzzled whilst in your car and in our carpark. You may remove both once you and your dog are secured in the park with the pedestrian gate closed behind you.
- Not share your slot with any other households or dogs from other households.
