Park Rules

Booking & payment

• All visits are by appointment only. Please book before arriving.
• Payment is taken via our secure online booking system.
• Bookings cannot be transferred or sold without permission.
• Please give at least 24 hours cancellation notice to receive a refund.
• If less than 24 hours cancellation notice, you will receive a booking code for a future booking.
• You can reschedule your bookings by visiting your booking page (if you have set up an account with us) or refer to your booking confirmation email.

Before arriving

• Please don’t bring unwell dogs to the park.
• Maximum 6 dogs per session (unless by prior arrangement).
• Dogs must be vaccinated, microchipped and wear an ID tag.
• For safety, all dogs must stay in your car until you have entered the car park and closed the gates.
• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early.
• If someone is still in the park or car park, wait on Green Dyke beside the park, until they leave.
• The gate code will be sent by email/ text two hours before your slot starts. Please check your spam/junk folders.

On arrival

• Maximum 3 cars in the car park at any time unless by prior agreement
• Enter via the pedestrian gate in the airlock car park.
• Make sure all gates are fully closed and locked before letting your dogs off lead.

In the park

• Dogs must be supervised at all times.
• No tethering dogs to fences, gates or equipment.
• Please don’t allow children to climb on gates, fences or play equipment.
• Positive reinforcement only - no e-collars, choke chains, citronella collars etc allowed.
• Please remove all toys and training aids when you leave.
• Tennis balls can be a choking risk - please use with care.
• Please do not allow digging outside of the Diggeroo sandpit or soil tyre. Fill in any holes using the soil provided.
• Please pick up after your dog and use the bins provided.
• Please keep noise to a minimum and respect our neighbours.

Facilities & grounds

• The Dog House shelter is for your comfort, please leave it clean and tidy.
• Water, bowls, towels and cleaning facilities are provided.
• The park is checked twice daily, but please report any hazards you notice.
• The ground can be uneven and slippery in the wetter weather, please wear suitable footwear.
• No smoking anywhere in the park.
• No glass bottles permitted anywhere in the park or car park.

Safety & liability

• The park is used entirely at your own risk.
• Go Mutts! Wisbech accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage.
• While fencing is secure, we can’t guarantee the park is escape-proof.
• Please double-check gates are closed properly to prevent escapes.
• Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

Leaving the park

• Sessions are strictly for a maximum of 55 minutes. Please leave promptly at the end of your slot no later than 5 minutes to the hour.
• Close the gates behind you so the next guest can enter safely.
• Repeated overstays may be refused future bookings.
