Simple, fair terms to keep Go Mutts! Wisbech safe, relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.

1. Bookings & Sessions

  • All sessions are private hire and must be booked in advance.
  • Each booking allows up to 6 dogs. Please contact us before bringing more.
  • Sessions last 55 minutes, including entry and exit time.
  • Please arrive and leave on time so the next visitors can enjoy their session.

2. Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows

  • Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms shown at the time of booking.
  • Missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures are non-refundable.
  • We’ll always try to help where possible, but changes can’t be guaranteed.

3. Use of the Park & Equipment

  • Dogs use the park and all equipment entirely at their owner’s risk.
  • You are responsible for supervising your dog(s) at all times.
  • Dogs should be fit, healthy, and appropriately insured.
  • Children must be supervised at all times and must not play on the equipment.

4. Safety, Behaviour & Responsibility

  • Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour.
  • Any injury, damage, or loss caused by a dog remains the owner’s responsibility.
  • Aggressive or unsafe behaviour must be managed appropriately.
  • Please pick up after your dog — bins and poo bags are provided.

5. Liability

  • Go Mutts! Wisbech takes reasonable steps to maintain a safe environment.
  • Use of the park is entirely at your own risk.
  • We accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to people, dogs, vehicles, or belongings.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

6. Weather, Closures & Maintenance

  • Sessions go ahead in most weather conditions.
  • In rare cases (extreme weather, maintenance, safety issues), the park may close.
  • If this happens, affected bookings will be offered a reschedule or refund where appropriate.

7. Photography & Social Media

  • Occasionally we may take photos or videos for social media or promotion.
  • We will never use identifiable images of you or your dog without permission.
  • If you’d prefer not to appear in photos, just let us know.

8. Agreement

By booking and entering Go Mutts! Wisbech, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Park Rules.
